Introduction
Here we have again, a Rider form which goes berserk easily. This time around, we have Kamen Rider Drive type Dead Heat form. This form was originally created to enable Drive to fight against Heart Roidmude's Dead Zone ability. But, in exchange for the tremendous power, Drive has to bear with the risk of going berserk everytime he uses this form.
Frankly speaking, I have no idea why I bought this SHF: I didn't plan to complete SHF Drive series, and I have no affection for this form. Guess it just became my habit to buy whatever new SHF releases (and I really need to fix that habit TT_TT). Anyway, today I'm just gonna do a simplified review on this SHF as there's nothing much to comment on it:

Accessories
Since there's no personalized weapon & equipments designed for Drive type Dead Heat, we only have these inside the box:
We only get 3 optional pairs of hands and 1 (optional) Burst-state Type Dead Heat Tire.
Although there aren't many accessories in this set, these parts are already sufficient for Drive Dead Heat because he fights with his bare fists most of the time (though sometimes he fights with Handle-Sword).

Paint & Color
Overall, great job on the painting. Only several minor paint defects were found.
Joints & Articulation
Being a recycled mold, the joints system of this SHF is the same as SHF Drive or SHF Mach:
Similar to SHF Drive Speed, the head articulation is severely reduced by the tires on his body. Check out the video to see the limitation in his head articulation:

Ball-socket joints

Torso & Waist | Ball-socket joints |
Hips | Hinge & swivel ball joints |
Thighs | Swivel joints |

Other than that, the right shoulder's movement is also limited due to the Kourin tire on the shoulder pad.
Action Poses
Conclusion
Is this SHF recommended to get? To me, no, unless you're a big fan of this form. The accessories came with this set is very limited. Can't blame Bandai
for that, but still, the price you pay for this isn't worth the content you get.
In addition, type Dead Heat is one of those used-and-disposed Rider forms. I haven't seen Drive use this form after he got power-ups like type Formula and
type Tridoron. As a result of his low screen time, this form is kinda boring and you just don't know what else you can do with this figure besides posing his going-berserk-ish pose.
In the nutshell, the playability of this action figure is low.
