After hinting Shinkocchou Seihou SHF Kamen Rider Decade Neo-DecaDriver ver. in their official blog, finally Bandai issued the official announcement yesterday. Compared to the SKC Decade in the past issue, this SKC Decade will come with the Neo-DecaDriver (basically a recolored DecaDriver) and the new cards, as the "Neo-Decade" can access the powers of the Riders that come after him. One thing to note is that this SKC Decade will not have the Violent Emotion Decade head sculpt, which is fair, cause Neo-Decade in Zio has never turned into Violent Emotion mode. The SKC was priced at 7020 JPY and will be released in August 2019.
Due to the overwhelming demand for this item, Bandai has to open another round of pre-order on the next day. But the second batch will be released 2 months later i.e. October 2019.
